This makes purchasing now prohibitively expensive. Most of the time the shipping now costs more than the item purchased. DHL also routinely open, unpack and inspect all items so fragile things are at risk! They have opened every package I have received since the change. PostNord was reliable and reasonably priced, there was no problem it didn’t need fixing. I will purchase elsewhere from now on! I’m sure I’m not the only customer put off by this stupid change! If it was an option alongside regular post, that would be fine but it now seems it’s exclusive, which prices Tradera out of the market entirely. Even Auctionet who use FedEx are better because it’s cheaper and they don’t open your parcel!! ### 1/5 — Worst selling app *2026-04-26* Definitely do not sell with this. I purchased an item listed as “defective” that was actually previously opened, missing components, and damaged in ways not shown in the seller’s photos. Despite submitting clear evidence, Tradera dismissed the case because the item was marked as defective. No functioning customer support to resolve - they have a chat function but it doesn’t work (error on trying to load it on multiple different devices) and no other avenue of contacting them.
