## What is TradersForge Trading Journal?

TradersForge Journal is the mobile companion to your TradersForge Journal account — the trading journal built for traders who treat trading like a craft.

Log your trades, journal your process, and turn a pile of fills into a clear picture of what's working and what isn't. Everything syncs with the web app in real time, so your accounts, trades, and stats are always with you.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Dashboard — account balance, today's P&L, and last-30-day performance at a glance
• Trades — a fast, filterable log of every position with entry, exit, and net P&L
• Per-trade journal — capture your emotions, rating, whether you followed your plan, and the lessons from each trade
• Daily journal — pre-market plan, routine, and end-of-day review
• Calendar — a daily P&L heatmap to spot your patterns across the month
• Analytics — win rate, profit factor, expectancy, and the numbers behind your edge
• Risk — drawdown, R-multiples, and position sizing at a glance
• Playbook — your setups, organized, with their own stats
• Prop-firm tracking — follow your evaluation and funded accounts
• Community — learn alongside other traders
• Account switcher — see one account or all of them together

BUILT FOR SPEED AND PRIVACY
• Face ID / Touch ID sign-in
• Your data is scoped to you and synced securely

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.3.0 — 2026-09-11

Version 1.3 makes this a real iPad app rather than a phone app on a bigger screen.

• iPad — the sidebar stays open beside your work, content is laid out for the width, and the stat tiles sit four across instead of two. Collapse the sidebar to an icon rail whenever you want the room back; every tab stays one tap away.
• Sign-in, Calendar and Trades now fit an iPad's screen properly instead of stretching across it.
• Account equity on the Risk screen now follows your broker's balance, so it matches the figure the web shows.
• Calendar day tiles no longer cut off the trade count.

Plus fixes throughout.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-09-06

Version 1.2 brings the last things that still sent you to a browser into the app.

• Support — open a ticket, read the reply and follow the whole conversation without leaving the app.
• Ask Forge — ask questions about your own trading data and get answers grounded in your actual trades. Included with Elite.
• Your risk limits follow you. Set them once and they apply everywhere, phone and web alike.
• Broker connections — sync, backfill, rename and disconnect from your phone.
• "Open on the web" now opens you already signed in, instead of at a login screen.
• Calendar days are a consistent size whether or not you traded that day.

Plus fixes throughout.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-09-05

Version 1.1 is a top-to-bottom overhaul of how the app looks and what you can do from your phone.

• Ten color themes, matching the ones on the web — switch any time in Settings.
• Every screen redesigned for readability on a phone: tighter spacing, clearer type, and layouts that make better use of the display.
• Write access throughout. Log and edit trades, journal entries, playbook setups, accounts and cash transactions without reaching for a laptop.
• Back from any detail screen now returns you where you came from.
• Account values now match the web exactly, including broker-synced accounts.
• New prop-account filters — all active accounts, or all-time, in one tap.

Plus a long list of smaller fixes and refinements throughout.
