Especially the total P/L. One minute it’s -100,000 the next maybe -16000. Market did not change that much. Also the todays P/L is just as bad. If I check it on my account I get one amount and if I check in balances it’s another amount. Numbers should always be consistent. No excuse for bad math ### 2/5 — App is RISK itself! *2026-01-12, version 8.12.1* Huge fan of the desktop but the app is so slooow. Putting an order or even changing/updating price takes so long and so many steps!! Why so many button before I can confirm a trade! Please update efficiency and speed. If not caught, I could have been in a trade that lost money. Too many random glitches and log outs. This one here is unacceptable. You can’t randomly change the buy and sell columns and think that’s ok. Fix or we’ll have to take our money and students elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Fake account *2025-12-21, version 8.12.1* Went to sign up and link all my info to and I got locked out once my bank account was linked then my bank account got drained and closed me out now I can’t get into this account or my bank account. ### 1/5 — MFA Not working - security issue *2025-12-16, version 8.12.1* I have to keep entering MFA code over and over again. Not remembering login and each time asking to login and MFA code ### 1/5 — No explanation *2025-12-12, version 8.12.0* I created an account with TradeStation, my bank account shows $500 deposit was settled with them thru ACH. After giving them a call to make sure everything is good to go, they tell me that I can’t use them and do business with them for no reason. I didn’t even do anything except to wait for settlement as they told me. Everything they asked for I answered truthfully. Now they want me to to withdraw funds thru wire transfer and say I’m banned from using ACH. Very weird broker. I really wanted to use them, but maybe this for the better. ### 1/5 — Why did you get rid of the chart button for your option pricing!!!???!! *2025-11-30, version 8.11.0* This was one of the best things many enjoyed from this app.!! I will seriously consider moving my account unless it is restored as an option on iPhones and iPads… ### 1/5 — Clunky *2025-11-17, version 8.10.0* Have written many reviews with post of complaints which seem to be taken down. Ever since they changed the app, they compromised look and feel over performance . I have placed orders multiple times and they dont show up immediately in orders. In the time it took me to log back in, the moment was gone and now I’m down almost $8000. It’s 2025 and this Japanese -owned company’s app doesn’t even allow trading options!!! Is this a bad joke?? The Japanese company also does not have a desktop app for the Mac, unlike Schwab, Interactive Brokers, Moomoo, to name a few brokers that support the Mac fully. ### 1/5 — It’s always been a bad app *2025-10-17, version 8.9.0* The more they try to improve it the less I like it. Can’t withdraw money *2025-10-06, version 8.9.0* I just doubt how they got good reviews. I had a lot of issues with them that I think it’s a scam. The commission fee for micro futures is $5 instead of 0.5. I wrote email and called them, but no help at all and they don’t call back for any updates. So I wanted to withdraw my money and close my account, but the button is gray, they don’t allow you to withdraw your money! They keep sending email to ask me to fund my account! That’s totally a scam! I want my money back! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Shady *2026-07-13, version 9.6.0* This has got to be the worst Trading App,platform, experience EVER. 1st- account disappeared yes you heard right just wiped out zero dollars. 2nd- no explanation from Trade Station, no help, Just create another account. (Can’t even successfully recover or create new account system error. So all my funds & open trades just disappeared. Criminals activities. UNINSTALLED. APP SUCKS, LAME LAYOUT. Going out of business soon! Watch! ### 1/5 — No options risk/profit charts. Gives your banking history to 3rd parties via Plaid. *2026-06-04, version 9.5.1* Also freezes every time I try to link a bank account. The app hides the UI when I go out of the app to get a verification code, and the app is stuck on hidden UI mode when coming back. Super lame. Obviously they don't want money! TradeStation has no alternative for deposits other than via Plaid, which will release YOUR ENTIRE BANKING HISTORY (each and every transaction, everything you have ever done in your bank) to third parties. The only way to use the app is via this HUGE privacy violation, or via an expensive wire transfer. They do not accept any other deposit options. This is totally unacceptable and I will not be able to try the app because of it. Moomoo UI is much better. TradeStation doesn't show an interactive risk/reward/profit chart like Moomoo. On Moomoo we can see the live chart as a trade progresses (not just when placing an order), making it much easier to visually see where the trade is on its journey. Moomoo can't roll individual wings of an iron butterfly though, while TradeStation can. TradeStation doesn't show me 0DTE or 1DTE options! Today there was a bearish gap on the Spy, I couldn’t even buy a put contract, because the options chart was not visible. If I could post pictures I would. This is not a platform for serious traders. ### 1/5 — Do not download *2026-04-29, version 9.4.0* This might be the worst app I’ve ever used. It won’t log in because safari says that the website address is invalid. Once I finally get logged in, any swipe down logs me out again. This is totally unacceptable and I will not be able to try the app because of it. ### 1/5 — Last resort broker *2026-03-30, version 9.3.0* Wire transfer process alone is enough to make them my last choice of brokers they charge the most money to transfer and take the longest time to acknowledge the transfer and even longer to release or credit funds. Fidelity is free to wire transfer and completed within 30 minutes usually TradeStation will take $25 and say just wait till noon it should update by then whole time you’re missing out on thousands of dollars in profit because of it. Horrible service and even worse UI. ### 1/5 — Sim designation *2026-03-02, version 9.1.2* Can’t tell the difference in sim and live accounts. There’s only indicators on one page. Should be on every page. ### 1/5 — Liquidated my worst, ignored green *2026-02-24, version 9.1.1* Trade station: one star. They liquidated 400 X shares –– My worst performer while X sat green and profitable right in front of them. Same day margin call at 9 PM, 1 PM deadline. No real notice. Cash positive balance ignored. Felt like theft. Customer service? High school interns who sound like they're on their third energy drink. Fees are garbage, platforms Chung a clunky, interest on cash? Zero. If you value your money, run. Thanks TradeStation for supporting us by removing PDT rules. ### 5/5 — Decent app but could use some new features *2025-12-07, version 8.12.0* I’ve been using TradeStation and TradeStation mobile to place all of my trades for the past 2 years. The desktop version is by far my favorite. The mobile version is definitely getting better for me. There are a few times during high volatility days where the app will lag and I’ll have to close it and restart it but that’s my biggest complaint so far which could be more of my phones problem than their app. Only thing I’d love to see in the near future would be able to add a take profit/stop loss for options like the desktop has and a way to adjust it from the chart screen rather than cancel/replacing it on a different screen. ### 5/5 — Love this app *2025-01-18, version 7.22.0* It’s reliable and consistent.
