## What is TradeTest Pro?

TradeTest Pro: Damp & Vent is a professional damp survey app for UK contractors, surveyors and remedial specialists.

Scan rooms into editable floor plans on supported iPhone and iPad devices, record moisture readings and site findings, attach photographs, capture signatures and send a branded PDF report before you leave the property. Everything works offline, so you can complete the paperwork even when the site has no signal.

WHAT YOU CAN CREATE

• Damp proofing certificates for rising damp, penetrating damp, condensation and related remedial work
• Full damp survey reports with editable floor plans, affected rooms, moisture readings, photographs and recommendations
• Ventilation installation, inspection and performance certificates with fan details and airflow readings
• Property condition reports with defects, photographic evidence, estimated remedial costs and customer sign-off

ROOM SCANNING & FLOOR PLANS

On supported devices, scan a room and create a practical floor plan for the survey. Review and edit the plan, add the relevant property details, and include it in the same professional PDF as your damp report. Give customers, landlords and property professionals a clearer record of the work.

BUILT FOR WORK ON SITE

• Work fully offline on properties with no internet connection
• Record damp meter make, model, serial number and calibration details
• Record fan, ventilation and test equipment information
• Add site photographs directly from your camera or photo library
• Find and complete property addresses using GPS
• Capture engineer and customer signatures on screen
• Add your company logo, accreditations and business details
• Customise certificate wording and terms and conditions
• Generate professional branded PDF certificates and reports in seconds
• Email or share completed documents directly from the app
• Search and manage previous certificates and survey reports
• Back up and restore your records, with optional iCloud sync across your Apple devices

PROFESSIONAL & PRIVATE

Your records are stored locally on your device for fast access and offline use. Optional iCloud sync can keep your certificates, surveys and settings available across your own Apple devices. We do not use your client details or job records for advertising.

BUILT FOR UK TRADE PROFESSIONALS

TradeTest Pro is designed for damp proofing contractors, damp surveyors, remedial specialists, ventilation engineers, property inspection companies, landlords and sole traders working across residential and commercial properties in the UK.
