Showing unrealistic profits and not much help them
Just to inform every, am being asked to pay fee for unrealistic profit. And when asked to intervene they are saying to directly deal with the creator. So be careful before choosing this platform. Will close once my money gets exhausted.
Worst customer care service
Not gonna recommend anyone. No response to call and live chat. Worst management. I urge everyone to shift to different algo broker. This is not reliable

Tradetron app is not working on iPhone 13. Have initiated numerous chats with their supprt team as well as shared issue details on email. There is no resolution yet ( more than a month !). Also they don’t go through the chat history and every time a new supprt person comes on chat he asks for the same details. And then at the end of the day they just close the chat without giving any resolution
