I canceled my subscription months ago and somehow was billed for another year at $192 yesterday. I just want out and I do not get any value from this as I already use TradingView which is superior. I want my refund please.

Crashes and freezes regularly so that is has to be restarted. Suddenly lots of tickers deleted. Please fix asap.

My honest review is that its a n amazing tool, especially when you watch the videos they provide on youtube as well, however when it comes to customisation on indicators, you dont get much access to tweaking settings here and there. Im still loving using this tool as it provides great technical uses but i would like some more news. Thank you for this tool it is quite interesting.

this is the best real time analysis money can buy and for the fee you pay it's a no-brainer!
No one's bringing you this type of information this quick at a moment's notice then felix and the goat academy!
even if you're not trading trade vision is worth the fee alone just an information which is in itself a value beyond what is charged for this monthly premium!

Still waiting on the option to add in Fibbs! Also golden sweeps could be a nice addition to dark pools. It’s not quite there compared to a full fledged mobile app like TOS, but it does offer useful info for an additional source of data. Would love to see more development around technical analysis capabilities. The pre-added ones are good, but too limited for me.

I like the visual on the platform ,  it’s very clear.  support and resistance lines are very handy as well as the MRSI.  There is a limit on the number of alerts. 
This is one of the reasons I did not continue subscribing.

I just subscribed, put my watchlist . But as soon as I close the Apps my watchlist disappeared!!
I did my list twice both times after I closed & reopen my Apps it disappeared again!!

Please would you fix the bug on the mobile Apps ...  I am on iOS 26
