I did the online check in through the app but still had to check in once I got there. Was supposed to be able to use the app to open my door but it never worked. And then when I tried to check out through the app, I got an error during multiple attempts and still had to checkout at the desk. When I was trying to research information about the pickleball courts, there was zero information, I had to physical walk to the courts (after asking someone where they were) and scan a QR code for information. The app was actually worse than useless, it wasted my time. Don’t bother downloading! ### 1/5 — app not working well *2026-05-31, version 6.7* sizing is all wrong, cannot even search for your reservation. ### 5/5 — Great App *2026-04-02, version 6.7* The developers must have updated the app recently because we had no problem loading our reservation.
