A good trader is able to keep a level head, and for that, sometimes we need to take a break.
With Trading Break, you can activate an alarm that will fire at a random time during the trading day:
- If it is activated before 10 AM, the alarm will fire at some time between 10 AM and 11:30 AM.
- If it is activated between 10:00 AM and 1 PM, the alarm will fire sometime between 1 PM and 3 PM.
- If it is activated after 1 PM, the alarm will fire at some point between 10 AM and 11:30 AM the next day.

This app has helped me figure out how to schedule trading breaks without following a strict timeline.
