I trade New York and Asia session futures. Everytime i actually go to trade I open this app to try to get my checklist in. Coincidentally, it will log me out at those times and not let me log back in until hours later. Not going to continue using. ### 1/5 — No support, Seneca glitch *2026-06-16* If it weren’t for the no support and Seneca glitch, I would rate the app five stars. I’ve tried messaging but no response. Seneca will show an error on your Apple Watch and not open when it’s supposed to. Frequent app crashes, its chat bot doesn't even reply. Chatgpt does the same thing for 20/month, this shouldn't be valued more than that. Not as advertised. If you're a real trader you shouldn't need an artificial intelligence with no feelings to tell you how to trade. **Developer response:** We appreciate you sharing your experience, even though it wasn’t a positive one. Stability issues and delayed responses aren’t acceptable, and we’ve since been addressing those with performance and reliability updates. Thank you for the honest feedback, it helps us improve. ### 1/5 — Not what it’s advertised! *2026-01-14* I found this app on instagram it was supposed to give you an edge on trading so I was super excited for the drop. First they delayed the drop day after day. Then they drop and for $27/mo at least you supose you get an app that doesn’t crash, but it did. Every advice, recommendation is very ethereal and generic and not adapted to the trader profile. Another chat GPT Wrapper. I would use this app if I could download weekly or monthly statement of trades and upload. To do it trade by trade manually is ridiculous. **Developer response:** Hey there! You actually can do this in the Mind tab by clicking Journal, then Add Notes. It’s not CSV/XLSX upload yet though, so we definitely understand the frustration and we should make that workflow way more apparent. Adding CSV/XLSX file uploads for trade statements is a great idea and something we’ll work on for the next update. The only problem is that I would log trades, exit the app & come back later to see that it didn’t log 1 or 2 trades each day. I stopped using this app almost 2 weeks ago but if someone fixes this issue. I’ll be back ### 3/5 — ChatGPT pro is better *2026-05-19* Unfortunately, this is pretty much just ChatGPT with some kind of stoic philosophy behind it. You’re unable to put in your own preferences i.e. for me a Christian perspective which I find kind of frustrating. Especially because I have no knowledge of stoicism. Additionally, the coach doesn’t remember its previous conversation which kind of makes the coaching moot. I would say just save your money and get a ChatGPT pro membership instead additionally logging your trades takes too much time with not enough detail and in order for your scores to improve you have to tell the computer that you’re improving which kind of does not eliminate any bias from you. Wish you could upload spreadsheets or pdfs of your own trade records at the end or middle of a session **Developer response:** You can upload spreadsheets, CSV, PDFs and more in the trade journal! Yesterday I was in a trade and I was up on the position. Usually I get fearful of losing profits and I would kill early, missing out on the larger move. But TradingPal kept me in check and emphasized the emotions that I need to work on in real time during the trade. Not only that, but it helps keep track of how I trade, how I manage my trades, and most of all keeps me accountable to my own flaws.
