### 4/5 — Pronunciation

*2021-09-02, version 1.18*

If there’s any symbol for pronunciation, like K.K. , it will be more helpful

It will be perfect if there’s an example sentence showing.

### 2/5 — Ad

*2020-05-17, version 1.18*

Ad is too annoying. Every time I switch back from another app, the ad pop up. Please reduce the amount of the ad.

### 3/5 — Decent but lacks organization

*2018-02-11, version 1.18*

Pretty rich dictionary but only useful for learning English. Not so useful for chinese. Would suggest the developer include shortcuts for chinese radicals and organize characters this way.

### 4/5 — Ms

*2017-03-20, version 1.18*

The pronunciation is a bit off.

### 4/5 — Good

*2016-09-19, version 1.18*

Good

### 4/5 — Good experience

*2016-04-30, version 1.16*

I have been using this for one year. It does everything I have expected. Maybe adding more informal usages to the words can do better

### 4/5 — No pronunciation

*2015-08-02, version 1.10*

I love the app, but unfortunately the online pronunciation is not working - the speaker symbol has disappeared. Please could you kindly fix it? Thanks

### 5/5 — Better than Plexo

*2015-02-27, version 1.9*

This dic has not failed me yet. It has translation for daily words that I can't find in Pleco (crouton) and often the translations are better than Google Translate. I know because I usually double check translations to make sure it's how it's commonly used by actual people.

Highly Recommend!

### 1/5 — Potluck is not 家常便飯

*2015-06-08, version 1.10*

Please check Wiktionary. Potluck is a meal party that everyone bringing a dish to share with others. It can be 帶菜分享 in Chinese. Definitely NOT 家常便飯。
This translation 貽笑大方。

### 1/5 — Not free, still downloads ads

*2012-11-27, version 1.4*

The app shows ads despite charging money. Most apps only do that for free versions.

### 1/5 — 一堆詞都沒有 very limited vocabulary

*2012-10-28, version 1.4*

How is it in any way considered "the largest vocabulary"??? It's completely misleading and awfully dishonest

### 1/5 — Ummm, a bit wrong

*2012-05-14, version 1.0*

The English section seems to be ok, but the Chinese section is all mixed up. There is a phrase that translates to "Ejaculate" but it says in means "a hundred".

You can see how this could be a problem.

### 2/5 — Easy to use. Update- doesn't work for latest iOS

*2025-01-05, version 1.18*

This is a good one for quick translation if you like traditional Chinese translation.
[update]
This app crushes upon opening for the latest iOS version. Don't bother using it.

### 5/5 — Good with derivation.

*2022-11-09, version 1.18*

The dictionary is good within the derivation. So I can understand what is the word came from, and if it provides more example of sentence that will be much better to get the understanding of the word.

*2015-12-30, version 1.13*

This app has helped me immensely during my stays in Taiwan. It not only has standard words, but also numerous terms and some short phases and slang. Dictionary is stored locally so you don't need a network connection.
