Such a hard hassle to navigate through the app. Have to fix the extreme app lag. Can’t see your orders you put in the chart or stop loss that I put on the chart so I could adjust. Have to make an option where you could trade on the app like as if your on tradovate phone website.app is made so you can loss if you try and change pages. Whenever I check my balance, there should be a liquidation button or cancel all button, but no, you don’t allow at that. Because you want people to lose. UPDATE 8-6-25. Can yall fix the always logging out problem. It keep logging out and also make the buy limit a slide move instead of pick position. Can’t choose 1min candles without being in auto. Whenever I go to another application and come back to tradovate the chart doesn’t show up. ### 2/5 — Prehistoric software / customer service could be better. *2026-07-28, version 2.5.5* I just started with this platform, it’s already proving to be outdated and overall slow from the software, app, website, and staff. I haven’t got to fund an account yet because the site will not let me remove my middle name so it matches my debit card. It literally says updated and shows the same typo on my name, I’ve tried 3 different devices. Now I lost money & am told either way it could take days for my money to deposit. It’s 2026, these people need to catch up with the times of instant transfers & deposits. I didn’t like the level of reassurance from the person I spoke with on the phone. Mr Tim W. Trading Operations Associate I, essentially left me with no answer to my problem, and hung up in my face after hearing me complain about the incompetence of their system. Why would you have an answering service that is obsolete ? Is it Tradovate’s way to scam their users into feeling secure, thinking you offer 24hr support if an issue like mine arises. Then turn your user away without even an apology or significant answer to why your service is not working as advertised. Im growing cynical. How do you expect me, my peers, or groups of trading communities to put large amounts of capital in your hands if your website/platform can’t simply update my personal information so I can use the withdrawal/deposit feature. Arguably the most important. ### 2/5 — Clunky and dated *2026-07-28, version 2.5.5* I’ve been trading off and on for nearly a decade. And I can honestly say that this is the clunkiest and most dated trading app I’ve ever used. Even RH back in its beginning was more user friendly than this app. Heck I even used some peer-to-peer offshore penny stock apps that functioned better. First off, I couldn’t create an account with an email address. It kept leading me to a blank page after the captcha, AFTER I went through all the steps to create an account. So I had to begrudgingly open an account with my Apple ID (and I bet that’ll be an issue down the road). But with a “social login” account, I can’t use Face ID to login. Weird, because I used an APPLE ACCOUNT TO SIGN UP. So I had to enable Face ID lock on the Home Screen for security purposes. But then, I have to sign in almost EVERY SINGLE TIME I open the app. I don’t get it?! Just keep me signed in. Any settings or menus mostly just leads to a web app interface. I’m hoping and praying the TradingView integration is a better experience. ### 2/5 — Needs an update *2026-07-09, version 2.5.5* Please update the app the UI is extremely difficult to us. There’s no sign in screen yet you are still logged into your account you need to sign out in order to sign in. And then the password doesn’t autofill so I need to go into my password manger and copy paste it in after pressing allow paste. I can’t add any indicators or presets?? ### 1/5 — They deleted Paper account, ALL THE DATA *2026-05-12, version 2.5.5* They deleted all the data for the last two years of my paper trading account. I cannot even see my any charts. I asked for refund since there was nothing written in the agreement, their answer was “no matter what, we will never refund”. I have email, so I can proof. I was using this account for the special market day practice/ data collecting, how institutions move, and now it’s all gone and I cannot compare to the real world announcements days. Their “excuse” was “because you didn’t roll for awhile”. Ok, what kind of real trader trades (especially scalpers) DAILY??? I had business trip for a month, and market wasn’t moving the way I want, etc etc, so I logged in few times, but never rolled any. Then they deleted my account, entirely. All of the fees I spent the last 2.5 years and data are all gone. Never trust this company. They never admit they had the glitch. ### 1/5 — Unpopular opinion. *2026-05-07, version 2.5.5* I don’t know who needs to read this at tradovates admin but maybe it will make it to someone worth while. Your program is trash. In the worst possible meaning of the word. I started on Topstep and project x months ago. Loved it. I enjoy how smooth it is. How it stays updated and is mobile friendly. It literally looks and flows almost identical on mobile and desktop. It’s great. They really polish the platform overall and make it for a fantastic user experience. Then as I try out other prop firms who claim to be better than Topstep, force me to trade on Tradovate. What a miserable experience. It’s like I’m operating on windows 98 in 2025. You should be embarrassed to put something like that out there. Don’t get me started on this pitiful app. It’s horribly confusing. So admin / decision makers, put some effort into your program and make it better for us all. Please. *Update for 2026* Still trash. Tradesea blows them out of the water. Much potential, currently difficult *2026-04-21, version 2.5.5* The mobile app has lots of potential with the DOM and volume/charting features, but it is currently not possible to have consistent views of data. For example as soon as the candle time frame changes, all footprint data is lost. The available time frames to pick from when auto time frame is disabled is too limited. Charts cannot be scrolled sideways which is also limiting, and zooming in order to do so clears footprint volume data making it highly inconvenient to see historical data, because coming back to the present loses all the volume data! Needs some work. When leaving the app and coming back, the views are cleared and data lost too! Very inconvenient! This app is really only Useful on desktop where multiple views are left open without modifying them, but the mobile experience is not so usable that way. Maybe only for quick glance at the market. When the phone screen turns off, when we turn it back an and return to the chart, the data is broken: footprint volume stops appearing on the chart, volume bars disappear, ladder quantities stop showing, etc. Very buggy! 2 stars because it has potential, but for now it is waaaaay too buggy and impractical. ### 1/5 — The worst service ever! *2026-04-17, version 2.5.5* The worst client service i have ever had in my life! ### 1/5 — UI Sucks *2026-04-17, version 2.5.5* The UI is Terrible.
