Multiple Tools Not working, no Answer from support
For $60/ month $200/ month you would think they would have good service. Half the reason I purchase this app is for Tools that don’t work and display error messages. It say contact support where you get NO ANSWER. Chat GPT is free and gives you all the information without need this garbage App. Unfortunately

Need more maintenance
Used it and it is great until recently. Spy and Spx 0DTE Gex and flow need updated to current. The chart was the same, not updated from Thursday last week (06/18/26). It has been 3 days with wrong data. Also there is no support neither from chat nor email. I will update the review once it is updated and correct.

Long Broken
Apps and service used to be good but not many screens are blank or don’t update, just like the service on their website. Don’t subscribe until they fix these issues. Not worth the $400+/year!

I really like the idea behind this app, but the iPhone version is not working well at all. It constantly freezes and becomes unresponsive, which makes it very frustrating to use.
At this point it feels almost unusable. The developers really need to update and optimize the app, or bring in experienced engineers to fix the performance issues. Until then, it’s hard to justify paying for or relying on this service.
