It controls the temperature within 5°. Can get down as low as 180 and I love the Wi-Fi connection to my cell phone so that I can control functions of the grill from my phone. Happens over and over ### 1/5 — Won’t pair with my grill *2026-08-18, version 3.23.0* I’ve spent the last 30 minutes trying to get the app to re-add my grill. I had to add it again because today when I opened up the app, even though the grill said it was online, the app said it was offline. Now twice in a row I’ve went through the connection process. It said it was connected. Gave me the green check and yet after the green check disappeared it was on the page saying add a grill still. Did that twice in a row got an error on the page where I needed to enter a name for it despite me picking from their suggested names. ### 1/5 — Ironwood *2026-08-13, version 3.23.0* I purchased a new Traeger Ironwood. It worked for six months. It died on Super Bowl Sunday, right in the middle of my brisket. I understand things can break, but I’ve been working with Traeger on trying to get the issue resolved. I have replaced every part on this grill. It is still currently not working eight months later.
