Trafalgar brings simplicity and convenience to community living. This unique mobile application provides an all in one platform for enabling management companies, residential as well as commercial management to communicate with their residents and for residents to communicate with management.

• Residents can receive push notifications from management with ease. They can also contact management through the chat function, specifically targeting the correct person within management.
• View general estate information, from rules and regulations to management details as well as contracted service providers. 
• Residents are able give their opinions in discussion forums and can vote from the comfort of their home.
• Receive levy bills straight on the app.
• Use the app to request approvals, from a new pet to enclosing a patio.

Blue Valley is the best place community to live in. But it needs a little bit of upgrade, significantly; the entrance, you can change the gate color to black For more attraction. Also, improve the streets and outside the restaurant. The community is lovely but the entrance need to be outstanding when we refer people, they go, wow!! That's all it takes when the entrance is pleasant and makes people feel more at home. Thanks for listening.
