I love this concept and want to spread the word, but I don't know if my uploads are even getting through. I always have to try resubmitting several times, as I'm extremely thorough with my documentation and I assume it's just taking a while and my phone's going to sleep. However, the one time I finally don't get the error message in the upload, there's no message to tell me I succeeded, and nothing in the menu/FAQ to give me any clue. 

Please keep this going! Knowing that trafficking exists has completely ruined the enjoyment of hotels for me. This is the one thing that gives me an ounce of peace, believing that my stay might be the key to rescuing someone from their living nightmare.

I had this app before on my old phone.  On my new phone I can’t get it to work. Pop ups come on the screen for instructions to use it but can’t get any further than that. I can take the first picture and that is it. If I click on anything else  it says oops that’s not it or something similar. I don’t know if it is because I’m in Europe or I just can’t seem to navigate around it.

Great concept but please add the option of uploading photos from your library. I take photos of most hotels I visit but just found this app… would’ve liked to upload the most recent photos I had of hotels.

I just install this app on my phone, without knowing that I could not download hotel room pictures from my camera roll. Anyway I think it's a great concept let me know if I'm doing something wrong. I will not take pictures of my room at the time but I'm happy to download the pictures I have after my vacation and or stay at a hotel. I want to help

I love the concept of this app and it’s very easy to use, however, I have not been able to upload my pictures lately. It always says there was a error and to try again. 

How can we get this issue solved? I stay in anywhere from 2-6 different hotels weekly/biweekly for work, and have told all my coworkers about this app.

I want to help do as much as I can, but if I can’t upload my pictures, it’s not doing any good.

As an IT QA, I know what I’m talking about.  And this latest version is not user-friendly. If you click on the wrong button it tells you in a rude message that isn’t very instructive:
 ‘Wrong step tried. We didn’t ask you to use that button now. Please follow the highlighted steps as they appear on the screen to complete the instructions.’
As a frequent traveler, I used this app all the time.  Such a shame.

Love this! It’s super easy, and they explain the best photos to take of the room. Trafficking is a huge issue that IS, absolutely IS, happening in the US, in your area, possibly in the hotel you’re staying in. Thank you for this app!

With no way to upload pics later, it gives the exact risk we are trying to avoid. Without giving the app immediate access to your camera it seems to be unusable without that access.

Needs an upgrade;  I cannot get past a window trying to instruct how to use the photo library. I am using iOS26 on an iPhone 17pro and as it is, the App doesn’t work.

I do go to hotels frequently but used to use this app when I did. I am deleting it from my iPhone now because it no longer works. All I get are error messages telling me that I did the wrong “next step”

I used the original app for years on business travel. It was very easy, four pics, send. Dozens of hotel rooms submitted. 
 
The new app, first photo is easy. Then it wants objects in the room. Choose 'bed', position arrow, try to take photo... 

Wrong Step Tried Whoops! That's not the right next step. Please try again. 

Never could figure out what I was doing wrong. Had to give up. Please work on the usability of this new app so that there is NEVER a "wrong step".

I used an older version of this in my frequent travels pre-COVID. Couldn’t get past the first step this time—as it kept telling me I pressed the wrong button but couldn’t direct me to what I should press. I took a general room photo like I used to…shame that it wouldn’t work for me.

I travel for work and stay in 50-60 hotels per year so I thought it would be cool to contribute photos to this service. 
Unfortunately the app is not intuitive at all and really confusing to try and use. Despite multiple attempts I was never able to successfully submit any images. Eventually I just had to delete it. 
I like the idea behind the app but as it is right now the app itself is garbage.

I’m not giving this a bad review because it’s a bad app, quite the opposite. This is such a powerful tool that isn’t being paid enough attention to. At all. Please expand the reliability and support for this app as I (and many others) would love to help fight against commercial sexual exploitation of children.

I use it regularly and will continue to use it. It generally takes a full minute or so to upload and that’s no problem. However maybe <5% of the time I am unable to upload after several attempts. I don’t know whether there is something I am doing wrong or if it’s the app.

Have been using this app for over 5 years. It’s simple to use. Just snap some quick pictures of your hotel room using the guide, put in hotel info and send it. Only thing missing would be possible updates from the company as to how much this helps.

Anything that helps! I do think you’ll get more pictures if you allow us to upload them from our photos. That way if I forget to use this app while I’m traveling, I almost always have pictures in my album from the trip that I could upload once I’m home. Thanks for doing this. 🙏

I love the new look and the app works well, but the recent update has made it so that you can’t upload photos from your photo gallery. I don’t mind uploading pictures on the spot but I worry that it could later pose a security risk further down the line as these photos are being uploaded with an address and hotel room, enabling people to know your current location if they wanted to. I doubt a hacker would want to hack the logs/databases of this app, but I don’t put it past someone to do that. I don’t know how apps like these work so my concerns might not be valid - if so, I would appreciate someone letting me know if I have nothing to be worried about.

I saw a review saying that the app didn’t work, so I was a little hesitant. I’m happy to report that it does indeed work. :) I doubt I’ll be visiting a lot of hotels this year, but every little bit counts.
