It’s quicker to just pay at the desk when you arrive, making the app spectacularly pointless really. ### 1/5 — Unbelievably Bad *2024-05-11, version 106.59* Size of Trafford and the usage you’d expect, this should be a serious app. It’s woeful. Click one thing…it takes you somewhere else. Having registered and topped up my credit I’m still being asked for my card details to pay again. ### 2/5 — Too many glitches *2019-04-27, version 3.50* As others have said, this is potentially a really good app, and it’s certainly more convenient than having to use the old website but, BUT it won’t load regularly (or does so dial-up slowly), and times out and presents issues far too often. I have a 6S and 4G; it’s not me. Even on WiFi it’s really unreliable. I’ve probably got a few ‘no shows’ against my name on my membership because I’ve tried to use the app to cancel but it wouldn’t work, and I mean for hours, on multiple occasions.
