I don’t know if you are stupid or what is it about but you make app for buying tickets that will not sell me tickets unless the payment is for more than 5 euros. So if ticket costs 0.60 I can’t buy it.

The Weekday, Sunday, and Saturday tabs for individual bus times do not work. You can only see bus times for the rest of that day. You can’t plan a day or two ahead to know which bus you want to take. It’s horrible.

It was an amazing app for the 4 years I used it, but since the last update which added a lot of new graphic upgrades and other pretty useless stuff the results are just not real anymore. The busses you decide to take 5 min before they are supposed to be here never come, others are 30 min late (no update happens on trafi). Please just bring back the accuracy of the results !

Requires a phone number to purchase a ticket, but I never received it this I could not purchase a ticket. I only found out after pressing the buy now button. We planned our stay around public transport, we walked to the bus stop only to realize we cannot use it. Thank god for Bolt.

The bus system and Traffi should be used EVERYWHERE in the world. 
Frequent buses. Exact info. Easy routing. Easy purchase and use. Why use a car?

We serve as a platform that resells tickets issued by the Vilnius transport authority. All rules, prices, and schedules are determined by the public transport company, and Trafi shares this information while facilitating ticket purchases through our app.

Really pleased with this app! On first use found navigating around the app a little difficult but once I got my bearings it is a great app to use. Very good at letting you know which bus to catch and from which bus stand. The buses are live tracked so you can see how close they are to your location. My only criticism is you can’t translate to English so hard to know what each ticket price is for but the 3 day ticket I purchased was great value at €8. Would definitely use this again if I return to Lithuania. I wish more countries used this app too!

Your application is glitching. Last year you made us all pay you in advance at least 5 euros because apparently people don’t cover their trips. These days your application started to bug, after bugging it activates two tickets instead of one. It happened to me three times already this week. You press “activate” once, press “yes” on confirmation message once and after 2 mins of errors popping up you get two tickets activated. I asked other people, I am not alone with this issue. Fix it! Happens usually in the morning.
