It's making the experience of using Traficar less rewarding as I cannot give my feedback when the car is in bad condition. Everything else is fine. Maybe the notifications could be improved, so that special offers are displayed just once. ### 4/5 — Verification stuck in a loop *2025-09-04, version 4.15.6* I have been attempting to verify my account for over three months, with more than ten verification attempts. Unfortunately, the bank verification process never completes — there is no error message, no approval, and no feedback. I even submitted a video to customer support, but after more than a week I still haven’t received any response. I would appreciate clear communication and assistance to resolve this issue, as the current process makes it impossible to use the service. ### 1/5 — Thieves and scammers *2025-08-09, version 4.15.5* Very negative experience with Traficar. I reserved a car and the deposit was taken from my account, but the vehicle could not be opened at all. Despite being told that someone would contact me, no one reached out the entire day. Also support is useless, it doesn’t help any more, many problems not reliable better to use other alternatives! ### 1/5 — Masakra *2025-05-30, version 4.15.2* Jeszcze na etapie rejestracji a potem weryfikacji tożsamości błędy w aplikacji nie pozwolają mi z niej skorzystać. I took a car for 1 hour, expecting to pay 40-50 PLN, but was charged 120 PLN, adding the price for paid parking as if the car had been parked there all day, although I didn't stop anywhere, but only picked up and returned the car, although the application said that parking was already included in the price. You took “3h plan” for fixed price but anyway got a lot of extra payments. The rates are very misleading, and in the end it is twice as cheap to call a premium comfort taxi ### 1/5 — Верификация документов, которая идет месяц *2025-05-11, version 4.15.1* Подал документы на верификацию, когда был в Польше и срочно нужна была машина. Конечно же она так быстро не прошла, но с тех пор прошел уже месяц, я уже не в Польше, каршеринг тоже не нужен, а приложение шлет уведомления с тем что мои документы еще проходят верификацию. ### 1/5 — Simply Ignored *2025-05-11* I installed an app, went through the registration process, submitted all the necessary info about me and.. silence. It has been 3 weeks since that time and I still get the message that my account is under verification. When I write to the support to find out if I can provide anything to help with verification - once again silence. I would much rather appreciate simple rejection than being ghosted. ### 1/5 — Just horrible experience *2025-04-30, version 4.14.5* Been trying to activate my account for a week. Application, despite pop up confirmations did not save my details which therefore, I’ve been asked to send via email. After a day of not hearing from anyone I’ve called and been advised that renting vehicles without having a set address in Poland isn’t possible. Lack of that info wasted my time. This should have been clearly specified on their website or via their email comm. ### 1/5 — Słaba aplikacja *2025-04-16* Wymagają manipulowania danymi trzecimi proszą o kopię umowy najmu mieszkania gdzie znajdują się też inne dane dobowe nie tylko moje całkowicie zero wsparcia dla ludzi przyjezdnych z zagranicy. ### 1/5 — Totally TRASH *2025-04-12, version 4.14.4* This app, especially support is useless, they can’t help me even with common issues, not recommending ### 1/5 — Opcja weryfikacji zagranicznego konta nie działa *2025-04-02, version 4.14.3* Fajnie że jest opcja weryfikacji zagranicznego konta bankowego, ale szkoda że to niespecjalnie działa. W tytule wymagacie użycia polskiego znaku (ł w słowie opłata) i znaku specjalnego @ (w adresie mailowym) i większość banków (może wszystkie zagraniczne? Nie wiem) nie pozwala na ich użycie w tytule przelewu i cały proces wywala się na starcie. Próbowałem wszystkich możliwych kombinacji zastępujących te znaki, ale nic nie zadziałało. We'll check your case and get back to you as soon as possible. ### 1/5 — nieOGARNIAM *2026-05-11* Pod absolutnie żadnym pozorem nie starajcie się korzystać z funkcji: ogarniam. Nie wygeneruje wam się w aplikacji PIN po zatankowaniu ponad 200 złotych na stacji benzynowej. Na infolinii automatic powie wam, że nie da się rozwiazac tego problemu i was automatycznie zrzuci. Kaze korzystac z menu pomocy w apce :))) Kumacie? Stoicie na stacji, za Wami kolejka ludzi a Wy sobie szukajcie opcji w menu :) W aplikacji oczywiście takiej opcji nie ma. Płacicie więc ze swoich własnych pieniędzy bo inaczej kasjerka zadzwoni na policję :)) Więc chcieliście pomóc społeczności i przy okazji zarobić 15 złotych, a straciliście 200 i pół godziny czasu aby być linią kredytową dla korporacji. Co Wy tam palicie w tym traficar??? **Developer response:** Przepraszamy za tę sytuację — to zdecydowanie nie powinno mieć miejsca. If ANYTHING happens during your rental and you need support, good luck having it. You’ll be waiting days to solve your issue. My car got towed away for wrong parking. When I parked it, I left the keys inside and ended the rental in the app. Next morning when I woke up, I saw that money was getting subtracted from my account every 2 hours. When I opened the app, I saw that the rent has started going again (??!!). The rent was over, I must repeat. Now I have to wait throughout the whole weekends for their partner, to be able to get the car back so I can end the rental. All this time I’m paying for rental, like I never ended it. Worst service I had in my life. ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-10-25, version 4.15.11* I tried their scooters twice, one had no charge and the other decided to just turn off in the middle of the ride. Both I had to pay full price for and had 0 customer support available. I’ll definitely be charging back those payments and never using the app again ### 1/5 — Good service, dire app; worse with every update *2025-10-23, version 4.15.11* With each iteration, the app makes it harder to figure out what kind of car you've chosen for a ride. Previously, you could identify the car you'd driven based on your past trips; now you can't. When you pan around the map looking for your favourite car, the map persistently zooms in and out, making the user experience horrendous. The cherry on top is the app constantly prompting you about its newest and greatest offers; every time you open it, and then a couple more times as you navigate the Ul. Why make the experience worse with every release? The service itself is OK. I couldn’t end the rental a couple of times, but I did receive help very quickly. ### 1/5 — Can’t login into application *2025-09-17, version 4.15.6* I’ve set up a 2FA for my account as I was asked, but when I try to login, the application just freezes and never sends a verification code. The support does not answer me for 2 weeks, so I just can’t use an application:( ### 1/5 — How is this even being used? *2025-09-03, version 4.15.6* The application is awful, so many bugs, no contact with the support regarding the registration and docs acceptance. Very hard to do verification because the moment I switch screens to bank app, the application refreshes and it’s impossible to complete the identification. For this large company and the services provided I don’t really understand why the quality of the app is so poor :( Hope you will take feedback into account and make user experience much better. I understand cutting costs, moving towards chats etc, but I spend literally few hours trying to resolve trivial problem which was not supported by the app and ended up just renting car elsewhere as I had no other option. Again, I like traficar, but if their app does not let me use their service due to technical glitches, then I can’t help that. ### 5/5 — Very impressive experience *2024-11-11, version 4.12.6* Just used the app to get home from Krakow airport. Had it for total of 7 days! ### 5/5 — Easier to use PANEK car sharing *2023-06-17, version 4.7.1* I am foreigner in Poland, and to issue residence card and open bank account you need to have wait for a long time (3-6 month or more). Without those document - Trafficar will not activate your account. Meanwhile, all of this time I easily used PANEK car sharing with my Valid Visa and foreigner debit card. Be easier with your processes! ### 5/5 — Problemy ostatniej aktualizacji. *2022-10-31, version 4.6.1* Zła aktualizacja. Po raz pierwszy od 3 lat użytkowania stałem przy aucie na 20 minut, aby dokończyć najem. Wypożyczenie samochodu też było problemem, aplikacja mówi, że usługa nie jest dostępna lub muszę sprawdzić w Internecie, a co więcej, muszę się zarejestrować.
