Recently I noticed the ratings had improved, so I gave it another shot. Reporting a spam call turned out to be quite seamless, i just had to click the report button on my normal call history & I got proper updates from my jio as well for DND violations. The DND feature does not work. The whole point of reporting a spam call is that the caller is blocked for me and reported so that the spam services can be stopped for others. However all the spam call and SMS I reported were sent to the service providers who have the same answer every time that “it is a marketing call and not spam” therefore the calls were not being blocked or filtered. The same spam calls were received multiple times during the day.
