Personal Record (PR) feature added.  Can be loaded from the Race Registration web file.  After finish, PR is tagged on finish line, and all reports show how much a PR was beaten or missed for all runners with a previous PR set.

Bug fix for masters and grand masters ranking.

Finish time added to Finish Line page for each runner.  Eliminates the need to click the runner to get the finish time.
