Built for the way bike service actually works. WHAT HUB DOES INTAKE AND INSPECTION Your sales team or mechanics build the bike's intake inspection in the app when customer drops-off or after. Use Trail Hits Scribe to speak what you are seeing and feeling or manually select the conditions to create a Multi-Point inspection. Photos, measurements, component conditions, all in one record. No more open text fields. No more paper checklists that get lost. The customer sees the same inspection report you do, written in language they actually understand. ESTIMATE CREATION Inspection findings auto-suggest matching labor items from your Lightspeed catalog. Your tech reviews, edits, and builds a complete estimate in minutes instead of searching the POS for every SKU. The estimate links to the inspection report so the customer sees why each line is there. Two way Lightspeed sync. CUSTOMER REVIEW AND APPROVAL Send the inspection and estimate to your customer. They view it from their phone. They check off the line items they want done and skip the ones they don't. You see their approvals in real time. TWO-WAY COMMUNICATION Messages flow both directions on the estimate so questions get answered without phone tag. The whole approval thread stays attached to the work order. Resume then process. -Prior you had to wait for dictation to complete before you could fine tune the inspections items. Now results start processing within a few seconds. -If you know your labor SKU's just mention them and TH Scribe will hear them and be ready to add to your estimate. -Other Ai optimizations and bug fixes.
