## What is Trail Tel?

Plan smarter. Hike with confidence. Keep your essential trail tools available when reception disappears.

Trail Tel brings navigation, trip planning, outdoor references, and practical field utilities together in one offline-first app for iPhone and Apple Watch.

Instead of switching between separate mapping, packing, astronomy, weather, and note-taking apps, you can prepare for a trip, record it, and find the information you need from one organized toolkit.

KNOW WHERE YOU ARE

• Save waypoints for your car, campsite, trail junctions, and other important locations
• Record a breadcrumb trail while you hike
• Follow backtrack guidance when it is time to return
• Plan routes and import or export GPX files
• Save map areas before your trip for offline reference

BE READY BEFORE YOU LEAVE

• Create reusable packing lists so important gear does not get left behind
• Organize field notes and trip details
• Check sunset and civil-twilight times
• Preview the Moon’s path and other useful sky information

KEEP USEFUL FIELD TOOLS CLOSE

• Compass, elevation, pressure trends, and measurement utilities
• Offline survival and emergency reference material
• Bug-protection guidance and other practical trail references
• Cautious local weather indicators based on available device measurements

BUILT FOR THE BACKCOUNTRY

Trail Tel keeps core trip data on your device and does not require an account. The Apple Watch companion puts trip details, waypoint guidance, Quick Mark, gear information, pressure views, and complications on your wrist.

Whether you are hiking, backpacking, camping, or geocaching, Trail Tel helps you carry less uncertainty—and a more capable toolkit—into the outdoors.

Save maps before going offline. Some features require compatible device sensors, and maps or optional online information may require a network connection. Estimates and reference material are informational and are not substitutes for professional navigation, emergency, or medical services.
