During the last app update and introduction of the new payment plans I lost the ability to have video sent through to the app. 

Very annoying and I have since chosen the HD package with video and still cannot video through the app, it just says I have a credit balance but can’t use it and I only get low res stills on the app now. 

I have tried to change the settings on my cameras and nothing works. I have emailed the distributor and cannot get a response and have also emailed Wuyuan with no response. Very poor.

I can not seem to figure out how to request HD photos. And I can’t seem to get the camera to take video, at all.  The app does as it’s supposed to do. I can modify settings, I can request photos real time, all that cool stuff. The camera has awesome reception, but I can’t figure out how to use the HD or the video…
