Seems the app does not show favorites - and if it does, it is far from user friendly. As this tool should be marketing for a professional solution, this is really bad

I found this source to be quiet disorganized, when preparing for a certification exam the information is all over your screen and most of it isn’t even related to the topic… most modules lacking a direct information and links, in my option there is a lot of work needs to be done to overcome this chaos of information

All I wanted to do was training now and then, but the app logout way too frequently. I have to turn on my working laptop to login because of the authentication required my work email. But if I have access to the laptop, why would I use the app not the site on laptop.

...app forces you to open browser and directs you to webpage where all instructions are identically given. Then you have to login to your Salesforce playground (in separate browser window) and perform tasks, then switch back to first browser window to collect points. App is doing nothing and is not useful for anything, obviously...

...instructions in trails are wrong: eg. Create new Lead and Convert Lead. These buttons/ choices are not available in exercise environment.

... Feedback function within app does not work. It is impossible to send the feedback, because send button is not active.

**Developer response:** I'm sorry to see you are having a not ideal experience.

Yes, currently hands on challenges are only available via browsers. But that may change ;-)

When you see dated or inaccurate content in a Unit, you can go to "More" menu, View Unit Details and then use the *“Question, feedback, or help” *link on the bottom of the screen, and submit a case to the content team for review.

If you are sending Feedback from the app it should launch your default email program. If that isn't working, just shoot us an email: trailheadmobile@salesforce.com.

Thank you to the entire team for a fantastic effort behind Trailhead Go. I really appreciate how the platform offers a mix of audio, video, written content—it makes the learning flexible and engaging. To enhance clarity further, I suggest including architectural flow charts of the whole topics and highlight the area what is focusing on the current topic. This would make it more easier to visualise and understand by tracking the roadmap.

I been using Trailhead for 3 years on multiple devices and I certainly do enjoy being able to complete badges and earn more knowledge of Salesforce Ecosystem on my phone.
I recommend it regardless if you are interested in becoming a Salesforce Admin or if you are only looking into modules to learn more in regards of how to use a CRM.

I’ve only done the 2 starter trails and just completed my 3rd one now. Absolutely amazing! It’s so easy to use, very stream lined, explained precisely but easy, and the ability to earn different ranks makes me want to learn more to earn those higher rank!
Definitely will be a frequent user/learner!!!
