You cannot see an entire trail. e.g, the San Gabriel River Trail runs from Seal Beach To up behind the Santa Fe dam. You’ll not find it. Same with Rio Hondo, LA River, etc. The only one I see is Ballona Creek. **Developer response:** Sorry to hear the app isn't working well for you, re: bicycling. All the data in the app comes directly from Los Angeles County, but there may be missing context (trails, points of interest, etc.) for areas that fall outside their jurisdiction. ### 1/5 — unusable interface *2025-03-08* wow - what a fail. they make it really hard to do basic things **Developer response:** Thanks for the review, though we're bummed your experience using the app wasn't great. Obviously something is going on if nothing comes up when you search for trails. Results should start popping up immediately when you start typing your search, and additional results will be retrieved and displayed if you have a network connection available. Please reach out to us at support@outerspatial.com if the issue persists or you have any questions. ### 1/5 — App is inaccurate *2019-06-24* I go to temescal gateway park frequently, at least for this park this app is terrible. It doesn’t show that temescal canyon and temescal ridge trails connect. It’s a popular route. There’s a scenic point with no trail nearby on the app. It also misled me further up the canyon. ### 2/5 — Confusing app *2020-10-03* I really want to love this app. Honestly, I do. But the UI/UX is bad. There's no clear way of finding what you're looking for, no clear direction on where I should go. It's just confusing. ### 2/5 — Seqrched for several trails that exist...not in this app *2020-05-27* Unsure where they get their data, but it is woefully incomplete and lacking some major trails. Relatively useless. ### 2/5 — Angeles National Forest Trails??? *2019-06-02* Love the concept of this app, but it doesn’t have any trails in Angeles National Forest trails listed in “Explore”. Good for finding local trails in developed areas though. **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback, Wolf1398! We're iteratively expanding data coverage in the LA area, so keep an eye out for more trails coming soon. ### 3/5 — Is this just the initial release? *2019-06-02* There are so many trails unlabeled, hoping revisions are coming. **Developer response:** Yep, this is the first release and the data coverage will improve as more partner organizations are onboarded. We also have many exciting new features in the works, so stay tuned! ### 4/5 — Helpful but incorrect information *2019-11-06, version 1.1.0* Overall app was very helpful, especially from being out of the area, but also found incorrect information 1. There is not Pacific Ocean Trail on beach, you cannot walk this 2.
