A great game sullied by rewards not being fulfilled, leading to frustration and a feeling of being ‘ripped off’. And, don’t try and contact “support” because you cannot. First, as others have said, to have any chance of being competitive you have to spend money - sometimes a lot of it. And they have just implemented a huge price hike. It appears to be at least a 20% hike on a fully established game. Which brings me to my second point. There’s very little new to the game. They repeat events and jobs with great regularity. Even when they introduce a new region, it’s really just rehashing the old.
