TRAIN TECHコントローラーは、スマホやタブレットで鉄道模型を無線で運転するアプリです。
運転操作方法や音にもこだわり、鉄道車両のリアルな操作感を追究しています！
鉄道車両データを追加してさまざまな鉄道模型車両毎に運転台を切替できるほか、
「運転体験できる鉄道図鑑」としても楽しむことができます。

車種は全然増えないし、上田電鉄の走行音など後日アップといいつつ何年放置してるんでしょうか。

この度はご迷惑をおかけ致しておりまして誠に申し訳ございません。
こちらにて簡単ではございますがご説明をさせて頂きます。
ある特定の運転台のみ、購入していただいたにもかかわらずダウンロードが完了せず、アップデートやリストアなどをおこなって頂いてもご利用いただけない状況となってしまっている場合ですが、
こちらの不具合につきましては、弊社のアプリを修正して改善できえるような事象ではないことが判明しておりまして(お客様のApp Store IDが、ストア上のデータ処理上でなんらかの不具合・トラブルがあったものと思われ、発生してしまっている事象のものかと思われます。※特にiPad関係やiPhoneの一部の機種にみられる事象となります)
唯一の手段が、一旦、該当のアイテム(運転台)の購入をキャンセルして頂き、さらにその後、再購入という形をとって頂くことで解消できるような状況となってしまっております。
上記のような手法で、お手数ならびにご不便をおかけして誠に恐縮ではございますが、
一度こちらの方法をお試し頂けましたら幸いに存じます。
(そのままキャンセル・返金という形でも結構でございます。)
OSがAndroidのようでしたら、弊社にて返金処理をさせて頂きます。
