Train With Haya is built to provide a better experience for you to achieve your fitness goals. 
The app lets you easily access fitness programs, track workout progress, and manage your fitness journey. From the home page, view daily fitness statistics, nutrition overviews, and progress updates to stay on top of your goals.
The Fitness Calendar helps you plan workouts, track progress, and check off tasks like weighing in or uploading progress photos. The Train Tab provides detailed programs with exercises, sets, and instructional videos to keep you focused and on track. Train With Haya also works with the Apple Health App to keep track of your steps and calories burned right from the home page.
