The functionality, design and user-friendliness of the app is amazing. It is ran by my personal trainer Nigel, and it’s a needed tool to supplement our workouts. The app is especially perfect for those training remotely too. It allows for Nigel to give you a workout regime, track the completion and results, and even has video demonstrations of all exercises ! No more searching YouTube for exercises when you don’t know you’re supposed to do lol 😭... Love this app! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
