## What is TrainerClub Personal?

TrainerClub Personal is the app for people who train people for a living. It keeps your client roster, workouts, meal plans and each client's progress one tap away, between one session and the next.

CLIENT ROSTER
• All your clients in one list, with status and contact details
• Individual profile with body data, goal, workout and diet on the same screen
• Sign-up by invite or through your public lead-capture link

WORKOUT BUILDER
• Weekly programs split by day (A, B, C, D)
• Sets, reps, target load, rest, RPE and notes per exercise
• Library with more than 3,400 exercises, with photo and step-by-step instructions
• Publish the workout straight to the client's app

MEAL PLAN
• Diet built meal by meal, with a food table
• Calories and macros calculated per item and per day
• Calorie, protein, carb and fat targets per client

TRACKING
• Weight and body-fat progress on a chart
• Body measurements recorded at every check-in
• Body assessment with BMI, lean mass and circumferences
• Execution history: what the client did, with which load

CHAT WITH YOUR CLIENT
• One chat per client, inside the app
• Adjust the workout or the diet the moment a question comes up

Engagement reports, monthly-fee tracking and calculators (BMR, TDEE, 1RM, heart rate) live at personal.trainerclub.app, with the same account you use here.
