## What is TrainerMetrics Connect?

As a personal training client, you’re paying for results, and the Results app ensures you and your trainer stay perfectly aligned to achieve your goals.

If your trainer is a TrainerMetrics user they can invite you to collaborate with them via this app.  Please note that this app will not work without an invitation from a TrainerMetrics user.

With TrainerMetrics Connect you and your trainer can:

- Share calendars and task lists so you never miss a session, workout, or fitness test. No more confusion or uncertainty about what needs to be done and when.

- Deliver workouts directly to your phone, so you always know what to do. Trainer notes and reference videos ensure you never forget any instructions.

- Chat and share files in app so you don’t have to give out your personal phone number. All shared files, along with copies of your intake forms and fitness tests, are saved in the app’s file manager for quick reference.

I tried this app because my personal training facility uses this company for their software. The app is beyond useless. It does not sync with even the basic information that is entered into the website by my trainer. The website itself is bad enough - it does not contain any exercise instructions or illustrations except for ones that the trainer has to insert all by himself - but this is far worse. This is a perfect example of an app from a software company that on serving the client tracking business of a service provider, but does not help their clients at all.
