I’ve had an amazing experience with this app, they design customized workouts based on my goals, always keep me motivated, and explain techniques so I feel confident. I’ve seen great progress in both strength and energy. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a supportive and professional trainer!

I’m glad I downloaded TrainFit connections, I’ve been struggling to find trainers in my area for my weight loss & bulk journey & this was a one stop shop where I can meet and connect with different fitness gurus in this industry. AlsoI can join local community events! They have meal plans & sessions whether you are in person or online, you can still get guidance from your trainer! Best app on market and we standing on that!

I love this app. It gives you the freedom of finding a trainer of your liking vs going to a gym and getting who they randomly choose. They provide meal plans and helps you stay in touch with your trainer.
