## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.20 — 2026-05-31

New
- Added "Lap" under Count for variables to allow you to track laps over distance if you want.

Changes
- The quick log on the home page was a pretty useless feature (well I thought so), so I've removed it.
- For some bizarre reason, when I created Circuits - I didn't think that people would need to log a time instantly, but after beating numerous circuit PBs with my PT - there's no way I am sitting there and watching a timer count up until exactly the right time - so I've changed it. You can still count up as a whole, or by individual exercises within the circuit, but you can now also enter an overall time - should make PB tracking easier.
- The app decided all on its own, that when creating circuits, to put times for how long it thinks it should take you - which is great, bar the fact that they are wildly inaccurate - so I have removed this function for now.

Bug Fixes
- Within the PR section for activities, it didn't seem to track PRs properly, so when it was working out pace (fastest time), it was always showing the slower pace as a PR. This was due to the system now allowing you to track pace as a variable, so it slipped through the cracks.
- When doing circuits, the app was logging PRs into both the circuits and the exercises section. It now doesn't do that (or shouldn't do that).
- Circuits in the Library tab were organised as latest created first. They now are ordered alphabetically.
- In the Library > Exercise view - Reps will now always show first.

### 1.19 — 2026-05-01

## New
- Activities have been added. Just done a Parkrun or gone out for a quick run? No problem - you can now add a single activity to your calendar.
- In the Library section, a third tab has been added to create your own custom activities. Hold down on one of the built in ones, select edit and create your own custom version of that activity.
- You can now click on a blank date on the calendar in the past , present or future and log a workout, a class, a circuit or an individual activity.
- New tab in PRs for activities.

## Improvements
- Have added some code in that, if you are just adding a workout with a manual timer, it will make the workout time the same as the manual time, otherwise you could end up with a 20 second workout with a manual 1 hour entry for stationary bike.
- Updated sets, so that if you have accidentally added one (don't worry - it happens to the best of us), then you can just click on the red circle to remove the row. Once set has been completed, the delete option disappears to stop you from accidentally deleting a completed set.
- View All now includes activities.
- Progress tab now has breakdowns for Workouts, Classes, Circuits and Activities.
- Tried to make all the views similar clicking on a session from either the Last Five Activities section, via View All or by clicking on a calendar date and selecting one of the sessions in there.

## Fixes
- Noticed that, if you got a PB in one of the circuits, in the Last Five Activities on the Workout page, the card doubled in width. This has now been fixed.

### 1.18 — 2026-04-21

## Improvements
- When adding an exercise to the workout, if you have a PR against it - it will show against the exercise. This also works when you add one from quick log.

## Bugs
- Despite being able to toggle between manual and timer for duration variables, it still always showed the timer - this has now been fixed. When you have a manual variable, if you click on it - it will give you the wheels to enter time.

### 1.17 — 2026-04-20

New
1. The progress tab now has two sections - Progress and Challenges. Progress continues to give you a top level view of your workouts, whilst challenges now awards you badges for hitting certain milestones.
2. When creating new exercises, you can now add your own guide.
3. When editing exercises, you can now edit the guides.
4. Added the ability to add notes to your workout as you are going.
5. The notes are visible at the bottom of the workout details,

Improvements
1. A PR count has been added to the workout pills on the workout screen.
2. Changed the colour of the circuit pill border to match the calendar colours (was originally using the colours for the difficulty of the circuit).
3. When clicking on a day in the calendar that has activities on it, the view now matches that of the View All view on the same tab.
4. The PR modal has now been moved to the centre of the screen.
5. If you are only have PRs against one variable within your exercise, it now says "Current PR" rather than "Current PRs"
6. Have moved the muscle group focus graph from the progress view and added to the individual workout views instead.
7. Have removed the activity graph from the progress tab as it made no sense.
8. Have removed the volume trend graph.
9. Tidied up the exercise view for quick log so it matches the other exercise views (shows PRs, categories etc)

Fixes
1. In the view all activities, there are two ways to exit the screen, both next to each other. Remove "Done"
2. Start Workout From Template wasn't working - showed a "Coming Soon" screen - this now works again.

### 1.15 — 2026-04-12

## 1.15 UPDATE ##
- Fixed issue whereby if removed app and reopened it, it decided to resync all the exercises, templates and gym classes.
- Added the ability to change the icon - with 4 new icons. Access via profile on workout, and scroll to bottom
