## What is Training?

Training is your team's app: your coach publishes the week, and every session is ready to lift and run from.

Join with the code your coach gives you and today's workout is waiting: sets, reps, supersets, circuits, warm-ups and the coach's cues, each filled in from what you lifted last time.

• Every set in the coach's order, ticked off as you go
• Last time's weights and your personal bests, set by set
• A plate loader that shows how the weight goes on the bar
• Track sessions too: log runs rep by rep, with times, top speed and sled load
• Live training: your coach sees each set as you log it
• See which lifts are going up, with a chart and records for every exercise
• Ask your log a question and get answers drawn from your own training
• Apple Watch: start the workout, tick sets from your wrist, and it stays on your set while you train (it runs a workout session through Apple Health and saves nothing to Health)
• For coaches: follow the week, every athlete and every lift, and see who is training right now

Your training is kept on your phone, with a backup in your own iCloud Drive. No ads, no tracking. Your workouts go to your team's coach, including today's while it is under way; your notes stay private unless you choose to share them.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.16 — 2026-10-28

- Apple Watch stays on your workout: raise your wrist and your current set is there, not the clock. It opens by itself when you start a workout on your iPhone. Nothing is saved to Health.
- On the Lock Screen, the workout shows your next set and its weight; tap it to log. Nothing gets ticked without you seeing it.

### 1.13 — 2026-10-25

- Absences: tap + on Workouts to tell your coaches you won't be there on a day, with a reason if you like. Swipe the day to take it back.
- Coaches hear about an absence right away and see who's away on each day of the plan. Turn it off under Settings > Notifications.
- Exercises: today's lifts and your new bests first, then every lift and run with last time and your best.
- Coaches: the week assistant sees the whole week and can set a day's location, the title, notes and text, each one Undo away.
