## What is Training Evo?

Track posture with your camera and follow guided neck and back exercises. Stay aware of your posture with Training Evo.

Place your phone where the camera can see your upper body and start a posture monitoring session from 1 up to 180 minutes. Training Evo tracks changes in your body position and sends timely notifications when you begin to slouch or change your posture.

TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR POSTURE

Use your phone’s camera while working, studying, reading, or spending time at your desk. Helpful reminders encourage you to check your body position and avoid staying in the wrong pose for too long.

FOLLOW GUIDED MOVEMENT ROUTINES

Choose from ready-made routines for your upper body: neck, shoulders and back. Clear instructions make it easy to add short movement breaks to your day without special equipment.

TRACK YOUR ACTIVITY

Review your progress and keep track of:

• Posture monitoring sessions
• Exercise frequency
• Time spent exercising
• Completed routines
• Your activity over time

BUILD A CONSISTENT ROUTINE

Training Evo is suitable for office workers, students, remote workers, and anyone who spends a lot of time sitting or looking at a screen.

Some routines are available for free. Unlock the complete exercise collection and get lifetime access with a one-time purchase.
