this gym is a family. Hands down the best gym in LA for group classes! I get so motivated coming here. When I first started I didn’t know anyone in class, and so many of the regular helped me and made me feel welcomed. Thanks training mate!

Training mate is the answer to commitment to a healthy life. The app is great, makes it easy to find a class you want, book, and send to a calendar. 

This is the best product (the classes) in physical fitness. So happy to be a Mate
