## Newest reviews (12 of 312)

### 4/5 — Need way to click on most recent score. Otherwise not bad HRV status equivalent for Apple Watch

*2026-08-15, version 5.1*

Needs a feature or button that shows what the latest hrv ready to train score is. Once you scroll back historical it gets finicky to get back to the most recent score.

### 3/5 — Deteriorating

*2026-07-15, version 5.1*

Quality is getting worse over time. The widgets stopped updating, the app crashes on every load on Apple Watch, and the charts are extremely laggy on the iPhone. Using latest Apple Watch and iPhone 16 Pro.

Was passt hier jedenfalls nicht.

### 3/5 — Meh

*2026-04-01, version 4.2*

Seemed promising until I read the text advice it gives. Garbled English gobbledygook often seems like it was either written or translated with AI. Also, widget data doesn’t match app data.

### 3/5 — Not working with iOS 26.4

*2026-03-25, version 4.2*

First two tabs are often blank screens. Information is missing

### 3/5 — Not working with iOS 26.3.1

*2026-03-07, version 4.1.5*

First two tabs are often blank screens. Information is missing

### 4/5 — Interesting data

*2026-01-29, version 4.1*

Spoilt by request to turn on AI taking up space at top of screen. Developers advised this can be turned off in settings. Review updated.

### 3/5 — Lots of info, no guidance

*2026-01-20, version 4.1*

I had high hopes for this app but the description and photos in the App Store make it look much more user friendly than it is. The graphs are way too busy and there is virtually no customization available. Plus, very little explanation of the tool. The tutorial is basically screen shots.

### 4/5 — Women

*2025-12-27, version 4.0*

I really like this app and find it very responsive and helpful, interestingly seems to predict illness and dips before I start to feel unwell. Good if you are a bit prone to overtrain. I would love to see metrics mapped to hormone cycle for women as there are very clear correlations and would be helpful to be able to understand the impact on a day to day basis as the interpretation of readiness to train should factor this in- hopefully stats have included equal men and women to develop app but I don’t know this for sure. Thanks!

### 2/5 — Zweifelhafte Interpretation

*2025-12-03, version 4.0*

### 2/5 — Weird

*2025-11-05, version 3.8*

It shows different RTT on my watch and iPhone app

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Good -> broken vibe-coded mess

*2026-07-27, version 5.1*

This app used to be a fantastic reliable HRV tracker for Apple Watch. But then within last year the developer vibe-coded it into a bloated crashing mess. The app can no longer perform its basic function, as it crashes 9 out of 10 times when trying to show the HRV chart.

### 1/5 — AI Slop

*2026-07-22, version 5.1*

Was decent before, simple and got the job done. Now it barely works and looks like AI slop.

### 1/5 — Does it really work?

*2026-05-25, version 4.2.5*

Poor UI and hardly gets updated or maintained

### 1/5 — Everything is paid

*2026-03-29*

All functionality is hidden behind the paywall. Doesn’t make sense to download that “Free” edition.

### 1/5 — App crashes

*2026-03-19, version 4.2*

App crashes when I allow the required HRV permission.

### 1/5 — Few features

*2026-02-09, version 4.1.5*

There is not much more than Apple Fitness gives. Seems like a waste of money.

### 1/5 — Always at 0

*2026-02-08, version 4.1.5*

This worked in the beginning then I started seeing zeros daily despite my Apple health saying otherwise on HRV. All my permissions are enabled; customer service doesn’t respond

### 1/5 — Interesting data

*2025-09-17, version 3.7*

Spoilt by request to turn on AI taking up space at top of screen. Yes my phone supports AI but there is no compelling functionality to justify me switching it on.

### 1/5 — Bad support team

*2025-08-05, version 3.6*

They offered no help and were rude

### 1/5 — Boite noire

*2025-06-15, version 3.6*

Comprends pas comment regler la sensibilité…. Indications pas claires, ambigues

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-05-23, version 4.2.5*

I’ve been using this app for years now ! it gives great insite after heavy training days ,I like to check my score and see if it’s true to how I feel and it seems to be very accurate been a women you have good weeks and not so good weeks ….
I love the training on here too ,gives lots of options and Taylor’s to your score on the day 👌🏼

### 5/5 — Gets better and better

*2026-05-21, version 4.2.5*

This app just improves all the time. Had this app for years now and refer to it daily. Really great use of health data and user input. Love the new “feeling unwell” question.

### 5/5 — Super App

*2026-05-10, version 4.2.5*

### 5/5 — Great functionality with Apple Watch

*2026-04-03, version 4.2*

Been using this for years and love the plethora of data available to me. Paid upgrade is worth it in my opinion. Recent updates added the AI analysis which I find very informative and love how it breaks down my readiness to train, sleep, and previous activity intensity and how that impacts me now.
I have been using the workout advisor recently to coach my swimming workouts, it’s been great how it generates a 30m-1hr swim that suits my readiness to train. My only gripe is that I wish it’d work in imperial units - I emailed support about it and they told me to change my watch’s units which does work but means I have to convert every single workout before I do it.

### 5/5 — Please

*2026-03-03*

Please update the app to support the Korean language.

### 5/5 — Glitchy

*2026-02-08, version 4.1.5*

Helpful tool to monitor recovery-love this.
Continually glitches and doesn’t add training sessions from Apple Watch. I’ve had to force the syncing daily. Slow to update recovery score.

### 5/5 — Super!

*2026-02-07*

Please Russian language 🩷

### 5/5 — Style Batterie Garmin

*2026-01-02, version 4.0*

C’est le meilleur indicateur de forme qui existe sur le marché. VFC HRV avec des données précises et qui fonctionne sans Bugs. Longue vie à cette appli 🚴‍♂️

### 5/5 — Whoop Without The Price Tag

*2025-12-04, version 4.0*

Love it

### 5/5 — Widgets are broken on iOS26

*2025-09-20, version 3.7.1*

Widgets are pure white in the new clear icon mode
