### 5/5 — Surprisingly fun

*2025-12-11, version 1.2*

I have never had a coach, nor do I read hundreds of articles about getting faster and stuff yet the passive nature and omni presence of this app has been rather fun.

I go for my terrible run and immediately after I press stop on my watch the app sends me a little message which comes through on my watch telling me that I did well I didn’t do well that next week I should probably focus on a different type of training.

Honestly, it is like having a supportive coach, I suppose. And the fact I’ve been driven to riot review suggest it made an impact on me this morning.

Word of warning, though it doesn’t lineup with the Garmin training coach stuff so they do seem to compete if you’re daft enough to have them both trying to help you!

### 5/5 — So far, so good!

*2025-10-22, version 1.2*

Only been using TrainingWizz for a week now, but finding the simplicity of the app great. No clutter, just straight up training which integrates seamlessly with my Garmin.

### 5/5 — Couch to 5k

*2025-09-27, version 1.0*

I am using this app for a C25K. So far so good! I love that TW delivers the workout to my watch! The app is ‘dynamic’, so, if I miss a session, I tell it (like a real coach). TW reschedules the training for me. It’s SO user friendly and has been great and increasing and decreasing my training load based upon my stats. Its feedback is very informative and I’ve leaned a lot already.
