Je ne sais pas s’il s’agit de bugs ou de problème d’organisation mais l’expérience commence vraiment à en pâtir : - les achats sur desktop ne sont pas visibles sur mobile. Il faut passer par un parcours de synchronisation qui n’est parfois même pas accessible - je reçois des notifications pour des trains dont j’ai annulé les billets. Je me demande alors si j’ai bien annulé les billets. - les billets soit-disant bloqués dans mon panier ne peuvent finalement pas être acheté sans relancer un parcours de recherche avec un prix revu à la hausse. ### 4/5 — Super application mais un petit souci de scan de billets aux portiques *2020-08-12, version 55* Utilisateur régulier depuis plusieurs années, c’est de loin la meilleure application pour prendre / échanger ses billets aussi bien dans le cadre professionnel (factures accessibles dès l’achat et pendant des années ;) ) que dans le cadre personnel. Par contre, un souci persiste depuis un peu de temps : lors du passage aux portiques dans les gares françaises, dès que je scanne le billet sous forme de QR Code qui est dans l’appli Trainline, c’est aussitôt Apple Pay qui se déclenche (il s’agit d’un iPhone XR). Je suis donc obligé de basculer sur l’appli TGV inOui Pro pour scanner ma carte Voyageur.
