I’ve trained for numerous races and one thing I have yet to find is an app I like that helps me to stay on track with workouts - Trainly is SO helpful, I plugged in the plan I was following and it organizes it into a daily plan, no more confusing notes or documents - also love the widget feature so I don’t even have to enter the app to remind myself of my plan for the day. Highly recommend and excited to use this to train for my next triathlon!!
