## What is Trainly?

Trainly is the trainee app for studios and coaches who work with Trainly. Join with the invite or registration code from your coach — if required, your coach approves the request. Once approved, the workout and nutrition plans your coach assigns appear in the app, alongside your own progress, your messages with your coach, and the community. Coaches manage programs and follow-up from the Trainly web portal.

How joining works
• Get an invite or registration code from your coach or studio.
• Sign up in the app and enter the code.
• If your coach requires approval, your request waits until they approve it.
• Plans appear in the app when your coach assigns them.

Workouts
• The workout programs your coach assigns, organized by day.
• Every exercise with sets, reps and your coach's notes.
• Mark sets and workouts complete.

Nutrition and food diary
• The nutrition plan your coach assigns.
• Log your meals in a food diary.
• Barcode scanning for supported products.

Progress and measurements
• Record your own measurements and weight over time.
• Charts of your personal progress.

Messages
• Message your coach directly inside the app.

Community
• Content your coach or studio publishes for their own trainee community.

Privacy and security
• Optional local biometric lock (Face ID / fingerprint) on supported devices to open the app — in addition to your account and password.

For coaches and studios
Trainly for coaches is a web portal that runs in the browser: manage trainees, approve join requests, build workout and nutrition plans, and follow progress. Details on the Trainly website.

• Trainly is for trainees of a coach or studio that works with Trainly; you cannot search for or book a coach in the app.
• Trainly is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice.
