As a recent college grad who's never been a gym rat and counting every penny, this app fits perfectly. The AI creates simple bodyweight routines for my strength goals- no equipment needed, just my living room. Post-workout tips like "build on those push-ups" keep me motivated. Optional HealthKit adds smarter adjustments with my pulse, hearth rate, steps, etc but it works great without. Premium at $3/mo beats $20 chats that ignore your data. More beginner badges would be nice, but other than that it’s great. Five stars

The post-workout analysis is the best part. It tells me what I did well and what to improve next session. Keeps me consistent and honest. I needed to work harder, I wasn’t in the Zone 2, etc. Great app.
