## What is TrainUpp?

As easy as setting up your workout, rest times and number of sets and go burn calories or gain muscles! 

Includes multiple themes and sounds for both active and relaxing activities like Yoga or Pilates that might required smoothier sounds, backgrounds and animated watches, including vibration.

It saves your training preferences for future sessions and tracks your activity so that you can see your evolution. 

The app is available in English, Spanish and Romanian.
