## What is Trainwell HEP?

Trainwell is the clinical workflow platform built by and for BOC-certified athletic trainers. From first visit to final session, manage every program, treatment log, schedule, and credential — in one app, always current.

PROGRAM BUILDER
Build real HEPs with sets, reps, timed holds, rest periods, supersets, and prescribed weekly frequency. Assign to one athlete or an entire team roster in seconds. Athletes can swap progressions and regressions mid-session without calling you between visits.

SCHEDULING & TRAINING ROOM
Open bookable slots in 30, 45, 60, or 90-minute blocks. Set capacity, approve or decline requests, block time, and reschedule with a reason. Both you and your athletes get push notifications for confirmations, cancellations, and pre-session reminders.

TREATMENT LOG
