This app will keep you accountable to your fitness journey! JasD’s commitment to your success is what makes this app different. If you're new to working out I would definitely give it a shot, it offers everything you could possibly need to accomplish your fitness/health goals!!!!

JasD is a knowledgeable personal trainer in the South Jersey area. With degrees in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, JasD has given me informed physical training and nutrition expertise. He has been my personal trainer for over a year now and I’ve seen great physical results. In addition, my confidence has gone through the roof. My energy levels have increased, my posture, joints, and ligaments have felt amazing. I would highly recommend JasD to those looking for a personal trainer.
