Loved the app otherwise when I was able to use it. Wish there was a browser option ### 2/5 — How do you exit the screen where it asks for a plan? *2026-03-14, version 7.5.1* There is no X and I’m confused ao if anyone can help please do 💗 ### 2/5 — Idea is good execution lacking *2026-01-04, version 7.4.0* Been playing violin for 4 years now, and really enjoyed apps that gamified your progress as a fun way to learn, I started the trial version the app freezes often during the practice feedback playing, which is very frustrating during practice as it happened 50- 60 percent during the play and score in real time. I was using a iPad which has the most current update, I messaged support but did not hear back, and did not want to go past the trial period and risk the 99 dollar yearly membership. Excellent however recently from September till now it has been freezing and lagging a lot and now there has been a glitch aswell as the home screen not loading just showing everything apart from the levels ### 1/5 — Disappointing *2025-09-23, version 7.3.1* This app seemed very promising for beginners and was the only one that wasn't charging an arm and a leg for some basic, tutor-free skills. Greed reaches out to everyone I suppose, since they added a subscription plan in order to be able to even use their basic services. (not to mention for the same amount of money I could just get private lessons, but the whole point was not interacting so much with someone since I'm autistic and disabled.) The instructors are engaging and informative. I’ve learned quite a bit here, as it is superior to most the hit or miss You Tube videos. Highly recommended. Now for the three star rating. The note following app is abysmal. It lags then jumps, the metronome is ticked but the music does not advance, with or without wired headphones as suggested. I can’t get above 82% because of this. In another app, I’m getting 92-96% and scores feel right to me. I love the video but won’t waste my time in the practice sessions striving for a medal at 95% or better. Do the exercises until you feel good about your playing then move on. Overall, I’m glad I subscribed for the videos but am thankful for the “Tenestro Violin”app to deliver useful feedback. ### 2/5 — This app used to be great. Terrible now. I mean shouldn’t I try it first, see if it fits my purpose and then decide if I want to pay.
