Very disappointed I cannot get my remote monitoring $4000 sensors to connect to the cloud station.  Walking through all of the videos and training material and scan scanning the QR code on the back of the sensor is refusing to add it to my system the cloud base station connects, but none of the sensors connect.

Also logging into the mobile app fails, even when using the same email and password that works fine on the Web app .

Is anyone using this successfully? 

If so, please help I love the idea, but I’m having trouble with the system please if someone is using the successfully reach out to me

Doesn’t connect the sensors on Bluetooth, have to scan the QR and use it on the web!.. You sign in to the same account on the web and the app and they don’t have the same information on!.. hard to use!.. doesn’t work as stated!.. what a waste of money.

This is so frustrating…it must be addressed. When I’m using the pin probe wme it shows drywall

Csv data export wont show surface name instead this appears: Surface {{$surface->name}} Readings CSV. It looks like a programming error in the app. With that problem you cant match data and location.

Cant export in very useful PDF format contrary to what it says in your Promotion videos. 

When you export data with the JPEG image, down below nothing appears at the READING TYPE. So you have a report with numbers that you dont know what they represent. 

Just bought the Latest CMEX5 for 2000$can with bluetooth to produce data reports and expected more with the app.
