## What is Trance Meditation Sounds Timer?

Meditation is an ancient form of mental cleansing that has had too much “woo woo stuff” (Technical Term :P) associated with it in modern times.

To put it straight – it is just like brushing your teeth. You do it every single day for a certain amount of time. Preferably twice a day (once after waking up and second before going to sleep). Different people have different techniques – but you will figure out what works for you. No point getting too obsessed with the details. 

So to complete our analogy, brushing your teeth helps with oral hygiene. Meditating helps with mental hygiene. Do both mindfully ;)

This app has been created with the intent of handing you some tools to help with your meditation ritual (just like a tooth brush!). It comprises of various nature sounds and white noise to serve as background music. 

There are a few ways in which you can use this app. You can either set a timer for the duration for which you would like to meditate. Or you can set an alarm to start the music to indicate your chosen time period is over. 

What problems can we solve for you:
• You can use this app to meditate, sleep, focus, study, relax, calm down babies, calm down pets, relieve tinnitus, massage therapy, mask noise from neighbours/ snoring etc.
• No need to keep your screen on whilst playing music, you can control the music from the locked screen
• No need to be connected to the internet as the app will work perfectly well on aeroplane mode just in case you were concerned about those data charges & phone radiations
• Set a timer for however long you want the music to play for, no need to worry about draining your battery due to music playing all night long
• Listen to your music on phone speaker, AirPlay, Chromecast, headphones or any wireless Bluetooth device

The functionality built within the app:
• Combine sounds within the app with other Apps such as YouTube, iTunes, Spotify, Sound Cloud, Saavn, Gaana etc. 
• Combine multiple sounds within the app and adjust their individual volume as well as the overall volume
• Save sound combinations within the App as favourites under a name of your choice
• Set timers that gradually fade the music out when stopping, easing you into silence
• Set alarms that gradually fade in your favourite sounds, gently waking you up in a refreshed state
