Forces me to start back from top of navigation tree and loses my place. Overall app works and provides value (not being tied down to computer) but needs a major refresh to meet consumer expectations for a mobile app in the year 2023. ### 3/5 — App freezes *2022-12-27, version 2.10.896* I only see the Trane logo for several minutes when I open the app on IOS 16.2. Nothing else happens ### 3/5 — Works but glitches *2021-11-23, version 2.7.31* The app works but once you disconnect site, you no longer can see the device list… you have to exit the program and then go back in. I downloaded onto galaxy tablet yesterday and graphics worked. Removed and reinstalled on iPhone still no graphics???? Keep up the good work. Please listen to the comments below. Scheduling update is a huge step in the right direction. I would ask for notifications in some of the upcoming releases. Also the ability to enable and disable thumbwheels with a click of a check box. Every time I open it I have to re-enter the IP address and everything! Once you make a choice in the left drop down menu, you’re stuck there. I chose Spaces, not equipment, and no amount of times I close the program will prevent Spaces from being my selection. When I select one of the space units to adjust something the screen refreshes back to the top of the list. I would like if it went back to where I left off so I don't have to scroll down the list again. I have a very large list. Another thing is I can't make any adjustments other than occupancy status and temp for space units. When I use the Tracer SC on my computer I can adjust a lot more. It would be nice to do the same with this app. Lastly I can't make any adjustments to air handlers at all from the app. I would like to have that freedom as with the Tracer SC interface. ### 1/5 — Does not support HTTPS (SSL) *2016-08-30, version 1.1.75* This app does not support HTTPS (SSL). Try to login in and verify and just get blue ring of death. Wayne ### 1/5 — iPhone *2022-12-20, version 2.10.896* Won’t connect to iPhone or iPad 😩 ### 1/5 — Non intuitive *2020-10-31, version 2.7.8* There should be definitions under little “I” next to each category so you know what you are doing when selecting a change. With a number of users everyone needs to be on the same page. It shouldn’t take hours of trainings for a seldom user to bump the temp up for a hour. ### 1/5 — Kind of An Afterthought *2018-12-06, version 2.2.32* The online interface is useable, detailed functional and relevant. This on the other hand is kind of an attempt at an app. Some things work, others don’t the interface is beyond clunky. Unreal that a company the size of Trane, selling the commercial products at the price points they do, with state of the art BAS components would have an app this disfuncional. Businesses are spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on BAS and this is what Trane offers. A kid in his bedroom could do better. ### 1/5 — What Happen *2018-08-02, version 2.1* What happen with last update. Nothing works. Had IT person check and will not accept password and can’t change. Please fix this. Tried on 4 different iPads and iPhone. Does not work.
