I am unable to connect to two Symbio Condensers I have previously connected to with the app in the past. Phone recognizes the systems trying to connect via Bluetooth but the app never shows them.

How the heck is this junk could be highly rated? I’m a tech of 13 years primarily on Trane. The commissioning on a startup on this DOES NOT WORK! Logs me out when screen goes dim.

The app was able to find all the link Bluetooth equipment but with the recent update to the app it has lost the ability to find the sc360 to be able to diagnose. Very bizarre and frustrating.
